Description: A spring odds and ends sweater to use up all those
leftover yarns from other lightweight sweaters and projects or use self striping
yarn. This cardigan is knit in the round, top down, with set in sleeves. Shaping
is accomplished with ribbing on the sides and a rib pattern for the sleeves. The
design of the edging creates holes that allows buttons to be places as needed.
Class 3 – Join and work body – 4 weeks – 25 June
Class 4 – Pick up stitches for sleeve and work sleeve – 4 weeks – 23 July
Class 5 – Pick up stitches for boarder and work border – 1 week – 30 July
Class 6 – weave in ends and attach buttons, show off your finished sweater – 6 Aug.
Copy of the pattern will be provided.

Participants need:
Various lightweight yarns, DK – Aran to equal about 810 (960, 1110, 1230, 1330) yards
Size 9 circular needles with at least a 40” cable (or size to obtain gauge)
2 – Size 9 circular needles with 24” cable
5 buttons
