Felt Hedgehogs:

A fun stuffy to brighten anyone’s day. 1st class we will go over the knitting process for the body, 2nd instructions for the back and fulling/felting and knitting the back, and finally in the 3rd class we will do the needle felting. - $30

Copy of the pattern will be provided. Participants need yarn and needles. Suggested yarns –Cascade 220 and Pluscious. Size 11 needles.

10% discount on yarn purchased for this project.

3 classes – Tuesdays, April 16, 30, & May 14, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Beginning Crochet for Children

Wednesdays, April 17th and 24th; 1:30-3
Fee: $20 includes all supplies (Please note: this is a two-week class; the $20 fee covers all supplies and two weeks instruction). Instructor: Katie Brousseau

During this class participants will learn basic crochet skills (reading a pattern, making a chain, basic stitches and finishing techniques) while making a one-of-a-kind project. Limit: 8 participants, ages eight and up please.


Dotted Tank KAL (knit-along): Thursdays, April 18th, May 2nd and 16th
Fee: Instruction is free; all supplies purchased at Warm Hearts Yarn specifically for this KAL will receive a 10% discount
Instructor: Katie Brousseau

Description: During this KAL, we will be knitting the Dotted Tank from Vogue Knitting Magazine, Spring/Summer 2013 (p. 62). The Dotted Tank features flattering vertical striping, a slipped stitched pattern, and short rows. The yarn called for is Cotton Supreme, one of our favorite cotton yarns from Universal.
