Featherweight Wrap to Knit

Lighter-than-air -- wear it when a mild breeze stirs, or to dress up your favorite blue jeans and tee or tank, this wrap flatters all figures with its flared shape-- see photo of back.
Worked top-down in one piece, it has optional short row shaping at the top of the elbow-length sleeves which are shaped with decreases on the top and undersides. The long shawl edge can be pinned or belted.
This pattern is easy to make without the short rows at the top of the sleeve; with short rows it is intermediate. Sleeves are picked up and knit down from the armholes in the round.
Skill level: EASY
